2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PRIME. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use PRIME only for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Program Content + No Medical Care
All content is for educational and informational purposes. PRIME is designed to complement, not replace, guidance from your surgeon or other clinicians. Do not use PRIME for emergencies.
5. Movement & Exercise Risk
You acknowledge that participating in movement and exercises involves risk of injury and that you are responsible for exercising within a comfortable range and stopping if concerning symptoms arise.
6. AI-Generated Features
PRIME may use AI-generated outputs for general informational support. AI outputs are not medical advice and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
7. PRIME+ Coaching
PRIME+ coaching is wellness-oriented and not telehealth clinical services. Coaching does not establish a clinician-patient relationship and does not replace your medical care.
8. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation
If you purchase PRIME+, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes. You can cancel at any time in your account settings (or by contacting support). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
9. User Content
If you submit content (such as feedback or check-ins), you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve PRIME. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want stored.
10. Third-Party Services
PRIME may link to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services.
11. Disclaimers
PRIME is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee outcomes, including recovery speed or surgical results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of PRIME.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of PRIME or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law / Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
